PARTIES & WEDDINGS

Private Parties & Weddings are always better when the atmosphere is crafted to suit the occasion.

Our state of the art sound system means that we cover the area without deafening those closest to the speakers but can rock the timbers when the time comes.

We will discuss your event beforehand and ask a few simple questions about your guests and your music preferences.  Then just pass us the contact details for the venue and we will take it from there.

We don’t make any extra charges for weddings.

 

CORPORATE

A product launch or a team event requires the right mood to support your intent.

With our background in Corporate Communications we are well versed on how much the small things can make a big difference.

We don’t just provide a music service, we craft a set to support a desired sentiment.

We have an extensive catalogue of music and play a wide range of genres from the 1970s to current day.

We specialise in music that makes people happy.  If you have a young & trendy crowd then we will be spinning DJ remixes of Dua Lipa alongside the bangers of this millenium.

For a more mature crowd, then there will be a bias towards the back catalogue.

And for sipping cocktails over-looking the Med the cool vibes of Ibiza will be getting heads nodding to the beat and feet gently tapping along.

TOTAL PACKAGE

We provide a total Mobile DJ package.  All we need is space, power and a crowd.

We bring the decks, PA system and a lightshow to create the full experience.  We need a minimum of 3m x 3m for the DJ Booth and PA System but about 3m x 5m for the DJ to add the Stage Lights.  Space permitting, additional lighting stands forward and to the sides of the stage then this enhances the show.

If there is internet at the venue, then that helps us but we also have mobile internet options, albeit, usually at slower speeds.

Finally, we have a power generator that will run the show at an outside venue, all we ask is ground covering and shelter.

 

Music

With a local catalogue of over 3,000 tracks and only service covering many tens of thousands more, we have most musical bases covered.

We pre-prepare a setlist for every event and will discuss this will you beforehand.  But a key part of the value we bring is that we flex this setlist to suit the crowd and the mood.

PA System

Our PA System is a state of the art 2.2kW Stereo Yamaha Line Array system.

The 2.2kW means that It can rock reasonably sized venues but the Line Array technology means that we can also cover a large area without having to crank the volume and deafen those closest to the speakers

Lightshow

We bring a full lightshow of Chauvet units to create a real party experience.

Computer programmed to the each track, these lights elevate the event to a make an unforgettable occasion.

About Us

We are Charlotte & DJ Sam Farina and we work as a two-person team to make sure the event goes well.  Charlotte manages the event, makes sure everything is going well, handles the requests and Sam drives the decks.

Our backgrounds are as musicians as well as having had corporate careers.

Now we travel the UK, Europe and South East Asia both as a Mobile DJ Service and as a musical act covering crowd-pleasing tracks from many decades.  

Pricing

Every event is different and so is every cost but we aim to be both fair and offer value for money.

We don’t charge any differently for different types of events, E.g. a wedding would cost the same as a private party and corporate event would be the same as a beach bar.

However,iot might be useful for you to know the components that we use to come up with a total cost:

– Core hours of peak DJ playing (minimum 3h)

– Hours of background music (e.g. background music for dinner) [50% rate]

– Set-up and breakdown time (minimum 2h)  [25% rate]

– Waiting time between set-up and start [12.5% rate]

– Mileage from base in Oxfordshire

– Extra fees at cost (e.g. Congestion Charge, Parking  or Tolls) NB Our vehicle is EURO6, I.e. it is ULEZ compliant

All fees are for a 2 person team and are fully inclusive as a total set-up of Decks, Music Catalogues, PA System and Lightshow
